Another thing: "wrong signals." What are those signals? As I said, just about every girl I grew up with, including a lot of Mormons, wore bikinis in the pool and at the beach. What signal were they sending? That they were normal Southern California teenagers?

What do you think is the wrong signal they were sending? Again, you interpret what you see; don't palm it off on them. If we both see a pretty girl, and one of us goes home and masturbates, it's not the girl's problem.

That is placing at least some of the blame for your thoughts on someone else. Hence, the abdication of responsibility.

I believe we're beginning to hit the nail on the head here. Most of you are in denial about sex and sexual attraction and you blame it's negative consequences on the Church or Christianity in general. Talk about shifting the blame!

It is our own responsibility to control our sexual urges. If an attractive woman is raped, is it her fault for being attractive? Some muslims would say yes. It is no different than saying girls in bikinis are responsible for men having dirty thoughts. Of course humans are attracted to each other. it's why we reproduce, but it is our responsibility to control ourselves.

So does sexual attraction exist or not? This is turning out to be a really enlightening thread. One of the greatest criticisms of ex or anti Mormons is sex (by the admission of many of you) and yet here we see that the problem is not with the Church, it's yourselves beginning with your arguments about morality that can only be true if sexual attraction does not exist. Is this how you say your sins don't exist either?
