You can take a cue from me. Try opening your mouth in sunday school. When I was a young man, I always made comments in priesthood about becoming more active in the community and bringing in a more social gospel to match my socialisms. The members knew that I was a socialist and the patriarch wanted me to have a debate with someone who was a conservative and a supporter of the john birch society. I think that the topic was going to be Can a socialist also be a christian?

You can also open your mouth more and let your views be known. In the end, you will be that much more smarter for doing so.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world.

Just Me,

Actually, this is not a bad idea! You just need to go to a new ward where nobody knows you and dress like a young man. Barbra Streisand did it, so why not you?

None of these are subversive.

May I share a sad little story? Prior to leaving the church, I used to think, "Isn't it wonderful how we teach these priests exactness in all things?", whenever I heard the sacrament prayer repeated. I didn't care what the cause was - an inept reader, a learning disability, stuttering - you name it, I just felt it was wonderful that we taught this exactness in following the commandments.

And then, the last time I went to church, about 3 weeks ago, a newly baptised man, probably in his 50's, was blessing the sacrament for the first time. He was of Eastern European origin, and English was clearly not the language he was most comfortable reading. The bishop made him repeat the prayer 5 times. And each time I heard this poor bastard repeat the prayer, more nervous and stressed than the last time he tried, I felt a huge sense of guilt, and felt incredibly angry. Angry at myself for putting a rule in front of compassion, and angry that no one seemed to understand that whatever semblance of spirit existed was gone, replaced only by this lonely man, worried and stressed that he'd made a fool of himself and desecrated something so serious.

Dreams, all dreams. None of you women are brave enough to challenge the system.

But, if you are brave enough, I will tell you what gets the priesthood leadership's shorts in a knot.

Attend any priesthood only session of stake conference or general conference. However, you must do it as a group. Get 10 of you together, and sit right in the middle pew so that you are visible to the stake presidency. Refuse to leave when it is explained that this is a priesthood only conference. Hold your ground. Scream bloody murder if anyone lays a finger on you. Do this many times, in different stakes.

Start this movement. Do it now. Don't let me down.

I need a dozen sisters by April.

Are ladies allowed in the Conference Center for priesthood session?

Start grass-roots, bb. Don't start at the Conference Centre, start at any chapel where there is a broadcast of the General Priesthood Session. Preferably hit a stake centre - there will be more men.

I feel like Guy Fawkes!

I recall that a few men attend Relief Society and YW's conferences, so why the hell not see some women attend the manly man conferences too?
