And you wouldn't challenge the scum bucket at all?

Yeah, I am not really moved by that, Simon. I am not going to enlist some college-age halfwit to pester you relentlessly until you reverse your largely worthless judgment on that, or even encourage one who volunteers. The fact that Peterson mentioned Scratch on the TIME blog is pretty stunning. "Nuclear-grade meltdown" or not. But I am not surprised that you can't understand why even his best friend in the world might lean over and gently suggest to him that such a move was not the best idea. For you it is all Scratch versus Peterson, just like, apparently, it is for him. You are merely a low-grade extension of the bizarreness.

If you're referring to me, thanks, but I haven't been "enlisted." I don't even know DCP aside from this board. He's never PM'd me or contacted me in any other way.

I simply see an injustice, and no one here will challenge the offender.

In my view your presence is the real train wreck.

Oh, so I'm a "scum bucket" now? Gee, all I did was express my opinion, in my usual, mildly sarcastic way, and look at all the name-calling that has ensued. It's very interesting.

My view of a train wreck is someone who tries to bully everyone else into their opinion, like you do, and the prime tools of your trade are bashing, intimidation, mockery, scorning different opinions, or anything you perceive as “dogma not worth serious attention”, and generally trying to shut down any form of dialogue you consider “not worth dialogue”. You’re a bully, and you have the very same qualities you charge some Mormon leaders with. I’m tempted to call you the “Mc Conkie of Ex-moism”. You just traded one form of dogma for another, and you don’t see it. You lace these forums with hundreds of quotes that have now become a part of your “alternate mission”, not to convince, but to “deconvince”. You’re a total dogmatic bore.

I once credited you with intelligence. You, too, have apparently lost about 50 IQ points since you came here. Being more charitable, you know nothing about me.

I stand in complete and utter amazement to see that you, Ray, were the author of this post.

Beyond bizarre!

Kish
Your contention that Jersey is doing any of this out of some great love or fealty for Doctor Scratch is pure fantasy.

Exactly so. My motivation for posting on this thread has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Scratch.

I used the term "scum bucket," but not in reference to you, to say that even if my friend were acting like an ass in defending himself against a scum bucket (hypothetically), then I would let him know. Maybe Simon was taking that as a reference to you, but it was not intended as such.
