The Mac store is giving a $100 educational discount for anyone who teaches either K-12 or college on all computers in the store. Just show them your school ID.
I just got the new MacBook Air for my anniversary/early Christmas present! :-)

Apple products are to computers what McDonald's is to food: fast and convenient, but you have no idea what's inside and it's certainly not good for your long term health.

My husband was just like Schmo until I got him an iPad last year. Now, he can't put it down.
He was the one who bought me my new MacBook Air. We are going to buy the new iPad 3's when they come out in March.
Maybe if Schmo is a good boy, I will give him my iPad 1.

Hey, I grew up on Apple II and McIntosh computers. I have an iPod (well, actually, I gave it to my wife out of disgust, so I guess it would be more accurate to say I had one), and I got my daughter an iPod touch for Xmas last year (the begging was relentless), so it's not like I've had no exposure.
Casual computer users can get away with using an Apple. You need a PC, however, if you take your computing seriously.
