Hi there, Carton. I think this is a great idea, and I think that Bokovoy and Hauglid are both excellent nominees. Perhaps we should do a vote? Tis the season, after all. My own personal vote would be to give them both the award--co-winners, as it were.

Perhaps a poll is in order.

Maybe we need to get a list of candidates first. We've already got Hauglid and Bokovoy. I think Don Bradley should be on the ballot too. Maybe Brant Gardner as well? Who else?

There's a bit of irony here. First of all, none of the above post here anymore. David B. and Dan Peterson, from what I gather, and their BBQs together, are actually good friends. Hauglid? Has he ever posted here? Would he? Don Bradley left "this place" with a prophecy that it was doomed to fail. lol. Anyone seen Nevo lately? Touted as one of the "most fair apologists".

Well it's obvious you're not inclined to do an evaluation, or even think for one moment that there could possibly be something wrong here. That's not what I call being open-minded, nor considering other viewpoints.
