Zee, have you read anything about the practice of Mindfulness? That's what I thought about when you made reference to your tea.

It's a cold morning with frost everywhere but the rays of a rising sun are hitting a tall wooden fence and what looks like sparkling steam is rising up from the fence into the sunlight.
