Gosh, Will is no longer posting on any boards? I guess that means he will not be able to post ANY of his Book of Abraham manuscript. A loss for the world, but a relief for Will, I'm sure. He no longer has to make up excuses.

This gives him an infinite amount of time to actually do some writing.

I think that he wasn't banned from MDD. Under his avatar it says: validating. Not banned. I think that he banned himself. He did receive a warning on the tread about posting personal information of someone else. But he wasn't banned for doing so.

kevin is still posting personal insults galore and he hasn't been banned. If Will was banned it was for grossly ignoring board rules. But I don't think that he was banned from the board.

No, you can pretty much post insults as long as you're a well known windbag/popular.
Did you catch the two threads (one started by me) on my banning and the purge?
I did basically nothing at all wrong, simply asked someone to leave me alone and stop causing problems, and I was banned for it. I was actually trying to prevent a fight and problems, and I was banned.

They are pruning anyone they don't like, doesn't matter if they actually do something wrong to deserve it. I'm the poster child for such an unfair action.

by the way..... The validating thing occurs when you are banned and you try to Log Out and the Forum won't let you, and it say's resend validation, etc. on the log out link. So, it's a forum bug or something.

Really? What did he do? I thought he was basically untouchable and could say anything he wanted. He must have really had a meltdown to get banned. Is there a link to what he did to get banned?

I haven't followed it in every detail, but I believe This is where it started. Kevin removed his sig. line, but Will didn't (see the post by Minos after the one I linked).

I think we can all be confident that this had something to do with something that was brewing behind the scenes. Schryver would have had to do something extremely drastic for the MDD team to pull the plug on him. Considering how "juiced in" he is with FAIR, the MI, etc., I think we have to assume that something explosive was underway, and the MDD mods felt that this was a kind of last resort. Bear in mind that Schryver's most staunch and vocal supporter as of late has been Dan Peterson. Yes: I realize that DCP has clandestinely crapped on Schryver in the past, but lately he's really been going to bat on Will's behalf. So, this is sort of like MDD is squelching DCP's last remaining--and apparently only--protégé.

I confess that I didn't see it. I was rather disappointed, really. You are very talented at it.

Anywho... What a trainwreck. If wade is good at anything, it is obfuscation. In this talent he has to be considered most useful for a Book of Abraham apologetic that is woefully inadequate and confused. I don't see how it is helping more than it is harming.
