Brian, yet another call

Liz (a moderator here) has invited you to show that you have more depth than this one trick pony Book of Abraham hobby horse of yours. You have just been introduced to Kevin, who is the rocket scientist of Book of Abraham issues, he frequents here. As such, those in this community that follow these issues, which have been covered here for years, have a pretty good feel for things (maybe better than you do).

What Liz and others here would like to know is if you have anything else of value to share with this community. You see here, most all of us, with some actual affiliation with Mormonism, still hold to Mormonism's Article of Faith number 11:

"We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may."

As quoted above, you have some need to demand others to publicly defend their beliefs.
Here, we are tightly coupled with family, friends etc that are deeply engrained with the "cult". Many of us were raised in it, and come from 5 or more generations of devoted families. We have a huge vested interest, in loved ones. Our grips are with the machine, not with the individuals.

I snipped the rest of your quite well practiced imitation of Graham's Kindergarten psychologizing because, not only is it utterly worthless as as cognitive material, its regurgitation of the verbiage of the master regurgitator himself.

I don't think you frankly have the reflective capacity or psychological maturity to know why I use certain terms n time is a post or why I use certain terms at all and not others. This shows up most clearly in the fact that, in no thread that I can recall have you ever so much at once engaged me in a serious, critical, point-counterpoint argument on opposing viewpoints. Your entire history of dealing with me here is in taking note of my prose style, how many and what kind of words I use, and extrapolating from this, with a lot of help from Graham's own little black bag of ego gratifying smears, my internal psychological states.

Do yourself a favor, Schreech, once you get out of High School, and do some serious study on the subject of counseling psychology, psychotherapy, and personality theory, as I have. Then, you will probably find that the psychological dynamics you see in me are actually the one's you have cut off Kevin Graham and pasted onto me because, like Kevin, it makes you feel better about what you know very well, deep, deep down inside, is your inability to meet me, face to face, on intellectual grounds, in the arena of ideas.

As to my use of words and phraseology, if your reading comprehension level and literary expectations are at a similar plateau as many others here, you will just have to get over it and move on.

I will be back to mock the above, barely readable, word mash later (although darth has already done a great job) but, for now, I just wanted to suggest that you stop worrying so much about Kevin Graham....You either have a major man crush or some major insecurities when it comes to him. You managed to mention him several times, for no apparent reason, in your response to me.

Oh, and you continue to overuse the word "intellectual"...are you trying to convince yourself that you arent some word-of-the-day-calendar-abuser or do you actually think anyone takes your rambling, unreadable rants seriously?

Also note, that those who took offense to you based on hypocrisy can clearly be traced to this demand to publically defend ones religion/beliefs. In your case this seems to be a one-way street.

You have obliviously taken offense to Corpsegrinder's turning the tables on you. You are demanding a public defense of the Book of Abraham, he is demanding a defense of the Bible.

Like, dude, like this is soooooo totally true (just helping out by coming down the the average reading comprehension and general literary level of the board. Darth is spending an inordinate amount of his precious time attacking me for not being precisely and rigidly correct, as a matter of technical fastidiousness, in all points of grammar and lexical usage, which he could probably more profitably use in taking stalk of his own utter lack of intellectual substance in his critique of he Church, which he approaches very much like a coke addled product liability attorney fixated intently on his next deep-pocket pay day. Graham is apparently just plain addled, and probably can't ever figure out, while lying in bed at night staring up at the ceiling, why on earth he's really doing all of this at all)!
