The LDS church needs way more people like you. Keep it up and happy NY!

I appreciate your sentiments, Screech. Thank you for sharing them with me.

Now if you would just share those same sentiments with my SS President, perhaps he will stop blackballing me from the list of acceptable substitute teachers in my ward.

Give me your SS presidents name...I can be very persuasive :) (as long as your are in south orange county, ca...I seem to be friends with several ss presidents) I seriously can't believe people would not want to participate in your lessons. I would be tempted to start attending again if there were more people like you in the LDS-church. If you really want to teach, I suggest you volunteer in the primary, I would love if any of may daughters attended your class as they are already having issues with the myths they are taught when they go to church every other week. Good luck and thanks for your posts here as it has given me hope :)

And as I said before on a different thread, most former Mormons here were no different as a member: they were extremely judgemental of less actives. Sad. But such is the way it is. I do attend church. I have said it many times but like rockslider, I am just talking to myself. No one is listening.

What? No comment about his personal attack against me? Now if I would take that tone to your friends here, you would be all over me like winnie the pooh and a bucket of honey.

Glad you like it. But it is true. Consig is an interersting guy but he is just a little hypocritical at times. But hey, such is life. We cherry pick our causes.

We all do that.
You're a big boy and you give as good as you get.
