aww!

Well, I like your story anyway. Both Neils are nice.

So, our office has but just a single latte machine. There is no dripper. It does a nice latte but I'm still having a hard time getting just your standard black. I just want it simple, ya know?

In Houston, we had a very expensive espresso machine (with a milk steamer) on every floor. I learned how to make my own espressos and lattes. If I ever get laid off, I could probably get a job at Starbucks. :)

As far as the Neils go, I don't hate Neil Diamond (my wife loves his music), but Mr. Young is one of my favorites.

SP,

Do you mind that we are using your thread to discuss coffee making? It is therapy for the apostate... LOL.

That is what we have, Runtu. It's got this little steamer thing on it. I feel pretty confident about the latte and espresso but sometimes, you feel like something very straightforward.

I tried shooting 2, 3 oz shots at the "light" setting and that is as close as I can get to normal coffee from this very expensive machine. One of my apostate coworkers brought out a French press and wow, that makes really, really good coffee.

Speaking of coffee, one of my most embarrassing moments at work was when a co-worker asked if I would mind making a pot of coffee, and I had to confess that I didn't know how! LOL
