I was looking for a Dada representation but gave up. I see you found one!

We can all use a little therapy on the weekends!
Oh for shame, how the mortals put the blame on us gods, for they say evils come from us, but it is they, rather, who by their own recklessness win sorrow beyond what is given... Zeus (1178 BC)

Judging by the middle character's unibrow, that must be a painting by Freida Pinto, right?

It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

This isn't a pic, but it's posted out of love for Blixa, so I think it is thread-worthy:

Blixa, I thought of your dear grandmother as I enjoyed the concert. I wish I could have filmed more of it.

Pictures of a few places I love:

Image

Casa Malaparte in Capri.

Image

A still from Carnival of Souls shot at the old Saltair which burned down in 1970.

Image

Black Rock in the Great Salt Lake with the remains of Heber C. Kimball's house.

Image

The old St Mary of the Wasatch High School/Women's College. Torn down in the early 70's. One of the towers was incorporated into a private home which may still stand (when I was in SLC last, it was for sale and looking very run down).

Image

Yayoi Kusama's installation Fireflies on the Water.

Image

The Romantic Motor-Vu, a Drive In near where I grew up.

Here is my favorite Buddha.

I stumbled on this guy while walking through a small town in northern Thailand. He sends off pretty good vibes.

And as for therapy, how could it hurt to have this guy in your town to visit every once in a while!
