idiot i don't have to defend anything, the law and the majority of society is on my side. You seem to forget, it is not I that want something from the LGBT but rather the LGBT that wants something from me. And with hateful minded people like yourself trumpeting their cause, its no wonder they have nothing more than a self-serving Rosie O'Donnell special to show for it....good luck with that.
I think you will find that the LGBT want nothing more than the same rights that you yourself enjoy...

Basic logic? what a moron.
you would not, obviously, recognize a statistically significant sample size if it were dangling from your hips. Let alone your inability to understand effect size. Even a freshman at BYU knows that categorical data for a population of 10,000 requires a sample of at least 250 but while you attempt to grasp fundamental concepts of power and sample, i will let it stand, that though you have a heaping helping of snarky, you definitely have no room on your plate for "basic thinking"....let alone logic.

a lot of people want a lot of things, too bad. I am sure some blind people would love to have a driver's license i am sure that your parents wanted a smart child
besides, there is no law that prevents an LGBT man from marrying an LGBT woman, except for the same exclusions that apply to me and you and everyone else....so, they do enjoy the same rights i do.

Lol! yea, for narrowminded-dumbasses like yourself, I can see how you might think that 45>53. No wonder you are LDS.
"And with hateful minded people like yourself trumpeting their cause" - My irony meter just exploded. I guess speaking out against bigots (like yourself) is now considered "hateful" - lol

...
The people who said that women should not have the vote didn't need to defend anything: the law and the majority of society were on their side.
The people who said that enslaved people were simply their owners' property didn't need to defend anything: the law and the majority of society were on their side.
And so on ...
Zadok: I did not have a faith crisis. I discovered that the Church was having a truth crisis. Maksutov: That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.

I get that basic logic is confusing to you but you don't need to be so hard on yourself...
Apparently you have no idea what constitutes a significant sample size for a study like the one I presented and, most likely, you never even managed to get through a freshman level stats class. While you continue flopping wildly around and foaming at the mouth with impotent rage, I will continue to mock your nonsensical, logic-deficient bigotry. You are making this too easy. I don't think I have seen a more appropriate screen name on this site - thanks for your contributions!

When asked to sustain the General Authorities do you raise your hand to the square?
During the one-hour meeting, thirteen gay and straight Mormons came to the microphone. Many expressed their love for the faith, as well as the profound pain caused by LDS Church actions toward gays and lesbians. Gay Mormons recalled years of prayer and fasting, attempted heterosexual marriages promising to “cure” them, and Church-prescribed aversion therapy. Gay and straight Mormons spoke of how their families and neighborhoods had been divided by the Yes on 8 campaign. And some expressed their anger over the Church’s leading role in a political campaign that gave California and the Mormon community a “license to hate” homosexuals.
There was sobbing. There were tears. Elder Jensen also shed tears as he listened and took notes to share with other General Authorities back in Salt Lake City. At the conclusion of the hour, he apologized for the pain he was witnessing.
According to attendee Carol Lynn Pearson, a Mormon author and longtime advocate of LGBT concerns, Elder Jensen said, “To the full extent of my capacity, I say that I am sorry... I know that many very good people have been deeply hurt, and I know that the Lord expects better of us.”
When he says the Lord expects better of 'us', he means you as well subgenius...
