Also make some giant, ritualistic, Mormon themed bong and keep it passing through the crowd for the first hour.

Have a ward pageant with a reenactment of a Week in the Life of Joseph Smith, with the bishop playing JSJr and sisters, one 19 years of age and the other 14 years of age, playing Eliza Partridge and Emily Partridge, respectively, with each marriage portrayed and the bishop's wife as Emma in the narrative, completely clueless.
