Mario Chakkour tries to get Darrick arrested today in CSUS

Mario contacted the Calif. State Univ. Sacramento Police and told them "Darrick Evenson" was making terroriest threats via emails and refusing to stop sending emails to Mario Chakkour, that Darrick "has connections to various Nazi terrorist groups like Stormfront".

FACT:

1) Darrick has NO ties to any Nazi groups or Stormfront, but is very anti-Nazi and says so for years on his website. I posted on Stormfront ONCE to criticize their anti-Jewish stance. From that Mario told police "Darrick has connections to Nazi groups" and was sending "explicite sexual content" to Mario (You WISH you PERVERT!)

2) Mario NEVER told Darrick to stop sending email to him! Mario lied! Mario never ONCE said "Stop sending me emails!" Darrick will NOW stop sending emails to Mario, because Mario is a bigger NUTCASE than he thought.

3) Darrick told the police officers that Mario is a NUT-CASE. The police seemed to agree with Darrick.

4) The police officers did NOT ask Darrick to leave, and Darrick is still at CSUS library at this very moment, and will continue to be until he moves to Utah.

Case closed: Mario is a NUT!

True, I tried to get Darrick Troy Evenson arrested. Anyone desiring to know the facts of the case can contact (if he's still there) Sgt. Revelez, at the Sacramento State University.

Leading up to that encounter, Darrick Troy Evenson threatened me, Mario Henri Chakkour, with bodily harm — and proceeded to harass and google-bomb me for years.

I kept all the emails he sent me. This led to 2 police investigations and consequently two separate case numbers being assigned — one in VA and the other in CA.

When the first case was assigned in VA, and I made the announcement on Daheshville, Mr. Evenson wrote me an email saying that he didn't believe I had the police involved.

And then the string of attacks kept coming...

Finally, on Sept 30, 2009, the Sacramento State University Police (with whom I have been in contact for months) — and days after confronting Darrick Troy Evenson while sitting at the Library computer station and ordering him to cease and desist — carried out their investigation, weighed the evidence, completed their report and informed me, Mario Henri Chakkour, IN WRITING that they submitted a warrant request for violation of California Penal Code section 653(m) to the Sacramento County District Attorney. THE PRECEDING IS ALL A MATTER OF RECORD.

I am not sure, really, why this thread (and others like it, on MD, which, in part, paint me into something I am not, namely a homosexual) were posted here — of all places.

Furthermore, being that this particular thread shows up in Google searches, and after years of patience on my part (I've known about it all along, but I was hoping it would quietly fade away) I decided to post a message myself, to — quite simply— defend myself.
