Have you ever heard of the fallacy of pejorative description? It is a kind of pseudo-argument that takes it for granted that you have found a fault in someone's position if you can find a neat little name for it that sounds bad. Like 'predatory capitalism' and 'class war' to take two recent examples from opposite ends of the political spectrum.
Yes, this is a board where people frequently criticize the doctrinal and disciplinary positions enunciated by leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Some of those criticisms may be justified. Some may not. Dismissing them all as 'Mormon-bashing' says nothing except perhaps that you find such criticisms uncongenial. Fine - there is no arguing about tastes.
