What was the last thing that God supposedly has said to the Prophet?

"Nevermind!"
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

Was it published by the Church or not published by the Church? That is the answer to life, the universe, and everything on this issue. Critic and apologist alike are bound and limited to what the Church actually believes.Totally, utterly, completely, incredibly irrelevant as to whether the Mormon Prophets are frauds.
True enough unless they aren't. But no one has posited any actual reason other than denial that they aren't.

Yes, it states that the doctrine IS consistently proclaimed in official Church publications and gives no qualifications or exceptions so it all must be doctrine and that is exactly how the Church sees it.
Nope, you are wrong. The statement reads "declarations" and "proclamations" and says nothing of LDS Church being the printing press.
So please try again. Where and in what words does the LDS Church declare that everything published by the Church is Doctrine.
There are two declarations I know of and only one proclamation. So you better start proving your position with the exact wording provided by the church and stop twisting the church to fit your own philosophy.

I have followed the other thread on Mad, and I guess most members, some of whom have been bishops are not on board you. Maybe you need more expereince. :)

Re: Official Doctrine Irrelevance: Seriously, Guys!
Not every statement made by a Church leader, past or present, necessarily constitutes doctrine. A single statement made by a single leader on a single occasion often represents a personal, though well-considered, opinion, but is not meant to be officially binding for the whole Church. With divine inspiration, the First Presidency (the prophet and his two counselors) and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles (the second-highest governing body of the Church) counsel together to establish doctrine that is consistently proclaimed in official Church publications. This doctrine resides in the four “standard works” of scripture (the Holy Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants and the Pearl of Great Price), official declarations and proclamations, and the Articles of Faith. Isolated statements are often taken out of context, leaving their original meaning distorted.
I think this clears up any mystery.
At least for all but one person on the planet...
What I have seen with bcspace, is that he tries to subvert threads about which he has no answer, with a discussion about his non doctrinal view of doctrine.
It's a game he likes to play.

I am one of six callings in a Stake who does TR interviews. Plenty of experience.

Obviously not enough when we can look at a thread populated by members some of whom have callings of at least Bishop. All you have is assertions without substance.

Yours is obvious. I notice you avoid the question Brade keeps rubbing in your face. :)

Yes, your agenda.
There are two Official Declarations and one proclamation.
The press release you site does not say "published", you have your agenda and your personal philosophy, you can not demonstrate that everything published by the Church is doctrine.
