You feel sorry for many people on this board? One more reason why people don't like you.

Dammit, stop quoting him. LOL

Blixa encouraged him to get his emotions out of the way by writing an angry letter but not sending it. Then, when he'd cooled down some, he could write a reasonable and less emotional letter. I think that's good advice.

Why not contact the bishop to get his take on it? Or better yet, contact the person who made the remark from the pulpit? Much can be accomplished when people talk face to face.

Who should the letter be addressed to? The general authorities? The stake president? The bishop?

Why not let us contact your bishops. Catholic and Mormon. So we can discuss your situation.

Oh wait, we've asked you about that before, but you've never come through.

The Mormon bishop knows as does many other people. No problem. However, ldstoronto's situation is a little different, don't you think? If someone mentioned my name in sarcrament meeting, I may be a little flustered but I would talk to the bishop to see what happened and I would talk to others to get a take on what happened. And then, decide what to do. Most likely talk to the person who mentioned my name and if I knew that this person meant no harm, I would have a friendly talk with the person.
