The world according to Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney: Europeans are socialists. The Chinese are currency manipulators. Russia can't be trusted to abide by nuclear agreements. The Palestinians are out to destroy Israel. And the U.S. is too generous with humanitarian aid.

And the U.S. is too generous with humanitarian aid.

I think the US might be too generous with military aid to countries like Egypt. Perhaps Iraq and Afghanistan also since we have not stayed there long enough. Turkey for sure since they have turned into an Islamic state.

No. I have supported Huntsman's candidacy with both financial and person actions. So his religion is irrelevant to me. However his statements are not.

I like Romney though he is better when he plays himself rather than pander to the right wingers. But how does a republican get nominated if he does not. Both Huntsman and Romney are true moderates. The Democrats would never nominate either because they are not liberal enough. We need a new middle of the road party.

I wish Huntsman would run as an Independent during this Election cycle. I believe he would win due to distrust of the two parties.

Perhaps Romney would run the federal humanitarian aid like the church runs it, via special donation only.

That would certainly cut that kind of aid right to the bone. Save a lot of money on the backs of the poor and starving of the world.
