I don't really have any kind of background in statistics, so I can't really comment on the accuracy of what they're saying, but it's still fascinating.

Okay, reading that made my ears leak.
But the gist seems to be that statistics point to skulduggery on the part of the Romney campaign.

Made my ears leak is a great description, and you have my sympathy. There are a few posts just below the OP which give a simplified version, I had to read that first before tackling the OP.
