I'm sorry you had to endure such a meeting. Ugh.
Oh for shame, how the mortals put the blame on us gods, for they say evils come from us, but it is they, rather, who by their own recklessness win sorrow beyond what is given... Zeus (1178 BC)

Sure he does.
Those are merely a list of what was done, not details of how.

Notice the order. It's like God doesn't even know what order he did it in. Maybe he forgot.

Maybe it doesn't matter.

That's right, He doesn't give the details. But he does say He created the heavens and if we also know it was accomplished via the Big Bang, then God did it.
A small question in the grand subject, but who is telling the story? It doesn't say "I" created the heavens and the earth. It says "God" created...
Who is the author and is this an authorized biography? A simple forward by God would have cleared things up.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Now you're not even trying. Of course it matters. Either god knows how it was done or he doesn't. Apparently it's the latter.

A good steak can be worth enduring a tedious dinner companion.
(At least that's what my dates tell me--while cutting into their t-bones.)
