THE CHURCH IS LYING........about many things

I became a Mormon based upon the GLOWING articles in Reader's Digest about how honest and moral Mormons were...only to discover 33 years later that MOST Mormons are not particularly honest nor moral. I would say this:

10% of Mormons: very immoral and dishonest
10% of Mormons: very moral and honest
80% of Mormons: fall somewhere in-between

Basically, Mormons perfectly reflect the general population.

I was told that Mormon bishops can "discern" all who appear before them.
No...they can't.

I was told that Mormon women can never "sin"unless forced to by an evil male,
and that they can "discern" worthy males from unworthy ones, they never
lie, and would never do ANYTHING contrary to the will of God unless forced
to by a male.

I found the EXACT OPPOSITE to be the truth.

I was told that when the Living Prophet speaks in General Conference,
it is as if the Lord Himself was speaking, that every WORD he said
in General Conference, was "SCRIPTURE" because every WORD was
inspired of God.

I am now told...this is not so, and never was so.

I was told that Negroes were the cursed children of Cain, inferior, child-like,
cursed, less valiant in the War in Heaven, and that I must accept this
because the Church taught this as doctrine.

I regretfully accepted the Curse of Cain Doctrine, because I thought I had
to. I was not a pick-and-choose Mormon. I knew that all of the doctrines
of Mormonism had to be true, or Mormonism was false.

Now, I'm told the Church NEVER taught this as doctrine, but some Members
may have believed this "folklore" but it was NEVER Church doctrine! Some in
LDS Public Affairs are telling journalists and others that Church leaders NEVER
taught it, but "some Members" believed it. Once again, the Church blames
the rank-and-film Members, not the leaders.

The only reason the Members believed in the Curse of Cain Doctrine,
is because Mormons LEADERS taught it to them for 130 years. It was
NEVER presented as personal opinion or speculation, but as the "Word
of the Lord" and "the doctrine of the Church".

The Church is now lying! The Church is trying to COVER-UP its racist past.

I was told that Lamanites (American Indians) were the pure children of
Lehi, and that the American continents were empty of all human life
save one lone Jaredite survivor, and all the American Indians are
the descendants of Lehi the Hebrew and Ishmael the Arab.

The Church is now saying that the Lamanites are only partly
the descendants of Lehi and Ishmael. In fact, they have NO
Hebrew or Arab ancestry. Not "one" Hebrew or Arabic ancestor.

Mormon apologists are NOW saying they have "found" Hebrew
DNA among some Mesoamericans. That is a LIE.....all Mestizos (those
part Spaniah and part Amerind) have some Jewish DNA, because
all Spaniards have a "little" Jewish DNA, because during the Spanish
Inquisition many Jews were forced to become Catholics. These
Spanish Jews who became Catholics eventually intermarried
with other Catholics, thus spreading Jewish DNA among all Spaniard
over hundreds of years. These Spaniards had "sex" with American
Indian woman, who then produced "Mestizo" babies, and MOST Latin
Americans today are Mestizos. But all studies with pure-blooded
Native Americans show that pure-blooded Native Americans have ZERO
Hebrew or Arab ancestors. ZERO!!!

I was told that Adam and Eve were two white people, Anglo-saxon
looking white people, Adam was made from clay and
Eve from one of his ribs, the talking snake was real,
the forbidden fruit was a fig, and that there was no death on the planet
of any kind before the Fall, and that Noah's Flood covered the
mountains because the Earth had to be baptized by total
immersion, and that the dinosaur bones were from other
planets because this planet was made from the remnants of
other planets, that there were no pre-Adamites, and that
this was Church doctrine from the time of Joseph Smith.

I found out later....that was a lie. The Church at one time
accepted pre-Adamites, and considered the Story of Adam
and Eve to be a parable of "children's rhyme" not to be
taken literally.

I was told that God the Father stepped down from
his throne and joined with his spirit-daughter Mary
and begot Jesus with her in the same way a man
begets a child with a woman, and that if I was "worthy"
I'd have the same "privilege" of joining with my
most beautiful spirit-daughters to beget Saviors
for the worlds I create that also fall.

I never accepted the Heavenly Incest Doctrine, but
almost all of my male Mormon friends did. Every single
Institute teacher accepted this (save two and I spoke
with over 50 during a 10 year period). Every bishop I spoke
with accepted this "Heavenly Incest" doctrine (although
of course they did not call it that). I was told that Mary
was a "virgin" in the sense she had literal physical sex
with God, Her Father, and not with a moral man, but
that sex with God and a mortal man was exactly the same
because "why would God choose one way to beget children
for himself and a completely different way for us to do so?"

I was told that if I was completely moral and honest I would get
earthly "blessings" of a beautiful woman to take to the temple,
good job, job promotions, safety in travel, etc.

The blessings never materialized. I was honest and moral, paid
my tithing and attending my meetings,
and I got "cursings" instead. I saw my Immoral and DIShonest
Mormon friends and roommates get the good jobs and the
beautiful women. I got neither.

The man who authorized the dishonest and misleading Reader's Digest ads (disguised as
articles) in Reader's Digest was Gordon B. Hinckley, who was head of the Public
Affairs Committee for decades.

Gordon B, Hinckley was a very, very dishonest man. He lied, all the time. I'm sure he did
so "for the good of the Church". The film that is coming out about the Mark Hofmann murders
will show Hinckley for what he was, a liar and manipulator.

The Church is lying, and has been for many years. A True Church does not need
lies and rewriting of its history to defend it or help it along. Do the math.

I wish the Church was true. I was beaten for it. I spent many years defending it.
I wasted my youth defending it. But I cannot defend it. What started out
as a lie, will end as a lie.

I once prayed to God and asked: "Is Mormonism lying or are the anti-Mormon lying?"
I was told: "Both". I did not accept that then, but now I know that is the truth.
Mormon leaders lie "for the good of the Church". Anti-Mormons often lie because
they are con-men seeking to make money, or "for the glory of Jesus".

THE GOOD NEWS FOR Mormons:

Jesus reincarnated as Dr. Dahesh, the miracle-working Prophet of
Lebanon, who said that it does not matter what religion or church
we belong to, we are judged by how we treat others, and by nothing else.

So, if you are a good Mormon, do good to others, are honest and moral, you
will not be punished for the lies of Joseph Smith, or Brigham Young, or
Gordon B. Hinckley. If the Church can help you be a good person, and do
good, then it truly is a GOOD thing. So, stay in the Church, and strive to
make it a better place, a more honest and moral place. Don't leave it for
the pollutions to further pollute it. Stay with it, and help to improve it.


If I've learned anything in the last 30 years is that Mormonism CHANGES!
Mormonism can "CHANGE"!!! I say...stay in...and change from within!
The Mormon Church is NOT going to go away. It is a great institution for
doing good. It has some "bad things" attached to it. Stay in it, and help
change from within. Get rid of all the stupid anti-scientific doctrines,
such as Adam and Eve being the first people, or that NOah's Flood covered
the entire planet, or that Cain and his sister were changed from white
people to the first Negroes, or that God the Father had sex with His
spirit-daughter Mary, or that the Living Prophet is infallible in what
he says is in General Conference, or that "if" we are active and tithe-paying
we get protection in travel, cars, promotions, a beautiful spouse, money, etc.
GET RID OF THE JUNK, but keep the rest. Change
it from within, and in another generation, you'll have a much more palatable
form of Mormonism; one that can do good to all and be a blessing unto
mankind.
