I don't care what anyone says. I'm going to make garments work, dammit.

For starters, I think we can all agree that the sleeves MUST go!

Sleeves have been taken down a very long time ago!

These are not that different from our current garment top design. What about baby steps on the removal of sleeves?

Here is a good reason we should rid ourselves of the sleeve. Consider this most excellent of dresses ever known to mankind:

Why would we want the side of the upper arm to show a cap sleeve under the embroidery?

The church has made some good progress since the first one-peice ankle length garments.
I wish the church would take your advice and update to something less constrictive and more stylish. They should allow multiple versions so that people have selection.
Honestly, I don't think there is a person alive who looks good in the current garments.
Edited to remove temple content.

Garments are pointless. Give them decals to sew/iron under their regular clothes and call it a day.

Saudi Arabia is the home of the abeya.

Out of respect, I never took a picture of any. (The above is not my photo.)
In spite of this head-to-foot, black shroud, occasionally one might get a tantalizing glimpse of stocking. I surreptitiously snapped these department store window pictures while in Riyadh.
