I could drag up all sorts of slimy things you've done on certain reading lists, acting as a pawn for Midgley, but hey, let's logic chop about normative ethics, lawyers are universally incompetent at any kind of reasoning beyond rhetoric.

They are not anonymous. They are "FAIR" and there are names behind the institution.
They are not restructuring LDS doctrine. They provide commentary on it. Surely you know the difference.
Attacking named people? I don't think you are a good person with whom to discuss the finer points of the legal doctrine of going beyond the work to attack the critic, when it is justified and when it is not. You don't see a line at all.

ETA: Tell me more about how I'm a coward.
You've confused me with somebody else. Midgley is no friend of mine, nor enemy. I'd like to say he isn't even an acquaintance but I have interviewed him over an episode that occurred in the 1960s involving my grandfather. I don't run in his circle and outside of that sole interview, have never spoken with him.
Your cowardice is self-evident, but don't get your tits in a twister over it.

What are the names? Who was responsible for writing the Bob McCue piece? Who penned the Mormon Voices "Top Ten" list? The answer is, "We don't know, because they are anonymous." They publish all this material anonymously. Even Wiki Wonka, who has shouldered a lot of the responsibility for doing the FAIR Wiki, has said that he does not want anyone to know his in real life name.
Doesn't that make him--per you--an "anonymous coward"?

LOL
When you use to obsess over Will Bagley on Mormon Book club e-lists, you use to be his proxy on all the places Woody got kicked from.
So let’s start with Aristotelian ethics and I can opine what a lousy example of a human you are. When we are done, you can tell on me to my mom and dad and I’ll e-mail your law partners your posts.
This is the sort of drama that gets you rock hard Bob, I know you are down!

Don't even know a Woody. Sorry. You've mistaken me for someone else. My posts on that one list were very few indeed and had nothing to do with Midgley. I don't know him to be on speaking or email terms and I particularly object to his apologetic style but to each his own.
And, you've beaten somebody else to the point on this list with emails to my law partners, so have at it. At least he wasn't anonymous and had the courage to post with his own name. You're just a rank coward, and now a vulgar one.

But I gave you my name, it’s also all over my blog also. You can’t really use this anonymous coward card in spite of these facts.
Also, will it traumatize your kids if I called you a gay-baiter? Because I think you are. If calling you a bastard gets tears, wait till they get a load of me!

Gotta pick your poison son! What kind of ethics you want? Utilitarian? Let me guess, you equate legalism with morality! And here you were getting so proud over seeing Jared Diamond in court.
At this point I have no clue where your vulgarities are leading you. You're confusing me with somebody else. I have no clue as to your ID.
Still waiting for the ethical violations. Go ahead. Be cute and obscene to avoid the proof.
I don't gay bait. My personal belief system is to each his own. I object to gay or straight men who brag about leaving their families and taking up with somebody new. That is immoral.
If you want to be or are gay, may you find the greatest happiness possible and the Church just is not likely your place. I am not one to judge. Join a church that embraces it and be happy there.
