If we believe that the projected life of the City Creek Center is at least 50 years and given that the that the initial cost was $5 Billion. Adding for an annual maintenance cost of $20 Million and the biggest Cost loss of members, current tithing and future tithing this will be the biggest blunder in Corporate Management history.
I personally have 10 TBM friends that have STOPPED paying tithing since finding out the cost of the project.

Yep. Havn't paid tithing to the church account for 2 years either. It's all there, in an account. I love the law of tithing but I don't know what to do with the money. Seeing as I'm young I might use it to develop a welfare farm of some sort. Who knows? I'd love for the the church to receive credit for whatever work is done with the tithing money. However I question the centralized control and distribution of the money too much to simply hand it over. Some renovations done on local buildings have been quite pricey compared to what a normal contract would be in the area, and I question the management behind those decisions.
