I guess that depends on what you call fat. I feel fat some days and some days I think I look great.
Who knows what size I am in cm.
This is one of the most recent pictures I have but don't judge me, I felt grotty that day. I am in the background taking pictures and I have no idea why it looks like my legs and body are mismatched.

Because they make up unsubstantiated claims and present them as serious issues; anything to get someone's attention. They are indeed in need of a physician (probably why most of them support Obamacare).

Um...I don't fall in any of these categories. And, I very much doubt I am alone.
Of course, I am not fat, either.
That being said, you are onto something when it comes to depression. I think I may start a new thread about Mormon women, depression, and comfort foods.
