I have never been thought of nor proclaimed I am the HG. Joseph Smith Jr. was not only thought by his followers as the HG, but there is evidence he taught as much.
I had not even thought of this comparison til you made the comment. Thanks. I was thinking more along the lines of having sex with other men's wives, relatives, and young girls. So thank you for bringing this comparison up as well.
