I'd Consider the type of things that whack job said to her before she left. I don't agree with some of things she did, but I'd give her another chance. She was pissed and she had every right to be.

Ceeboo, can you imagine the ramifications of this if Jersey Girl receives a proxy baptism and that banning becomes eternal?

by the way, coercion through threats of litigation is something more akin to the recording industry, McDonalds and Scientology than this trailer park. Shades takes freedom of speech very seriously and shutting down the board in such a manner would be the most egregious violation of that freedom.

It is, indeed, their right. That's not the point. They are free to do whatever they want with this board. Similarly, we are free to not participate.
