Maybe Jersey Girl was banned because she wanted to force the board to be saved, without allowing us our free agency, and wanted Dr. Shade's glory for herself?

Darrick was permabanned that the board might live.

Once each week, board members meet together and partake of clozapine and cheap brown vodka, which symbolize his sacrifice for us.
