Why do Mormon men feel the need to ask permission from their Bishop to have sex with their own wives?
How come I've never felt that?

Did the Lord intend for people to use their mouths to chew gum?
Did the Lord intend for people to use their mouth to open packages?
Did the Lord intend for people to use their mouths to kiss?
The Lord obviously ordained our genitals to piss and crap and pass stones and blood...That is the sacred usage of genitalia. Oh, and to pass seed into the vessel.

I'd do it with President Packer if he paid me $2,000.
I wouldn't touch ugly-ass Holland for less than $10,000. Every man has his price!

But to me Beesley's comments demonstrate a disturbing abhorence for the beauty and perfection of our bodies, which, according to Mormon beliefs, are patterned after God's body (male and female).
How could someone who supposedly believes our bodies are holy, etc., be so disgusted by his or her own body? At least that's how it comes across to me.
The female clitoris has only one function: to give pleasure. And yet (apparently) Beesley (and those who think like him) consider his own wife's genitalia "unholy and impure". How sad-----particularly for this poor man's wife! It makes one wonder if Mrs. B shares Mr. B's disgust for such "unholy and impure" things?
I'm suspecting that Mr B thinks Mrs B shouldn't be unclothed during their brief annual period of awkward and uncomfortable touching.
