(by the way, the OP was not meant to be mocking. Had I wished people a 'happy' Good Friday, that would have been mocking--wishing them a celebratory observance of a solemn occasion would have been mocking.)

I also am pleased, Ray, that you've returned, and look forward to the day you re-achieve 1,000 posts too.

I thought you had posted genuine good wishes to those of us who observe Good Friday in some way. I was prepared to respond with a genuine thank you. But, alas, the thread has descended into the usual. I just don't have the energy.

And a good Good Friday to you all too. Although it's now Holy Saturday and I'm warming up for Easter Vigil, one of my favorite services, new light kindled in the dark.
