I've read this often, but I wonder. I'd be interested in hearing your argument.
For example, I have an easier time finding the divine in some places than others. Is this my shortcoming?
It could just be a different way of looking at things. I have stopped thinking of the divine as only residing in beautiful, "perfect" things or places. It is in the deformed, ugly and decaying as well.
When you say you have an easier time "finding the divine" in some places do you mean seeing the imprint of God/dess or do you mean you are able to feel certain feelings that you associate with divinity?
I see those as two different things.

I am just glad that you came out of the closet and are no longer that silent member in meetings taking notes about what members say. I think that you have now come clean on this board and stated your true feelings about the LDS church. And that is a good thing...much better than the quiet women struggling within Mormonism, getting pissed off by what members say. I never quite believed it.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world. Joseph Smith We are “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all…” Joseph Smith

I think I am walking confidently towards something; something amazing.

I felt the same until I broke into a full sprint just before I back-flipped, naked, off the edge of Mormonism into the wonderful abyss of the beautiful unknown.

Since when was Just Me EVER dishonest with this board about her feelings?
This is what is frustrating about you, Why Me. You just don't seem to be able to read things which are obvious to everyone else.
Just Me flat out stated on the board that she was NOM'ish in many of her beliefs, and going through a struggle with faith. I am not sure where you missed that.
Just Me made literally ONE comment about an incident where she chose not to speak up in Sunday School class about a doctrinal issue and you pounced on her through three pages of thread!

Why Me obviously hates women. He harasses all the women on this board.

Seems to be common among defenders of Joseph's Myth.
