I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the guy who has demonstrated that he doesn't understand the difference between an argument from ignorance and being called ignorant, also has trouble understanding the difference between a war on ideas and a war against the people who hold those ideas.
I'm guessing the war Josh envisions is atheists kids on the playground telling his kids that they are stupid for believing in the Golden Plates.
And the war he intends to wage is teaching his children to respond, "No, you're stupid for not believing in the Golden Plates!"

What a war it shall be.
Kinda like the war in heaven.

In what manner are atheists waging war on you, and in what way are you intending that "a war they shall have"?

Earlier, you compared atheists to Nazis. Is it your understanding that Auschwitz consisted of nothing more than the SS gathering up Jews and making fun of their yarmulkes and other traditions?
Do you believe that the D-Day scene in Saving Private Ryan was overly dramatized, and that what really happened is the Germans in those pillboxes made rude comments to the American soldiers and called them names, while the Americans retaliated by calling them names back?

Do you imagine that every Nazi gathering immediately advocated violence in a public setting?
Your logical brain is stuck.

I think you're safe, jskains. If anyone should be worried, it's us.

Your statement implies that you do not feel that atheists---under your assertion that atheists are a cohesive group---have not yet risen to Third Reich levels.
So are you positing that the Reason Rally was analogous to the Beer Hall Putsch?
I'm not quite sure why Joshua is taking the Godwin's Law route anyway. Given that the Latter-day Saints were Nazi sympathizers who actively courted the approval of the Third Reich, a faithful member of the Church should be defending the Church's inspired actions, rather than using "Nazi" as a pejorative.

Yes.
