It all depends. If she wishes to e-mail me about it, then we can talk.

She should be sending something to you shortly.

But we will have to disagree on this one. Peace friend.

because I fell into a public fishy spelling gaff, I am not resisting the evil temptation to point out the rocky spelling outcrop you have stumbled on.

Excuse me for having no substance to contribute.

Well placed, my friend, well placed.

I demand she remain banned. She committed the upardonable sin against the board and should pay the price -- banished forever in outer darkness. Sorry, Jersey Girl, but mercy cannot rob justice. You must remain in hell, forever. You crossed the line and stuck your head under the blade. It's been lopped off. You're toast.

If you feel happy in your lifestyle, Paul, and I believe you are, then the best thing you can do would be to get on with your life, and not be too concerned with this board. Having escaped what you feel is "the clutches of Mormonism", doesn't mean that everyone needs this "antidote", nor to be incessantly drummed about "facsimiles". Mormon belief goes far beyond what you feel is irrefutable proof of "fraud". I think you once understood that, but it's now completely gone from your mind, and also the fact that cannot draw final conclusions from a "facsimile".

Enjoy your life, but strive to be at peace with the Church you once honoured, and perhaps loved?

Paul's chosen lifestyle may include occasional teasing of those who accept the Book of Abraham as divine revelation in face of the fairly obvious evidence that it is a 19th century fiction. I am sure he does a lot of other things besides that, but who are you to say that he should give up this small amusement?

Paul is apparently convinced too that his love and honor was misplaced and exploited by an institution whose existence is based on what seems to him to be fraudulent claims. Maybe he feels that pointing out the obviously ridiculous nature of the third facsimile 'translation' by Smith is a small contribution to saving others wasting their energy and devotion as he once did. What's that to you? He seems happy as he is.

That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.
