What if you have a kid who wants to be a veterinarian?

So Hoops, what is it about Mainstream Christians that makes them:
A) Think no one but they are allowed to parse words, and
B) Throw a hissy fit and stomp off when non-believers ask difficult questions about Mainstream Christianity?
C’mon Hoops, I thought only Mormons did sort of thing.

Nothing. Why do you ask?

It's not like you were getting burned at the stake or devoured by lions.
You guys (Christians) used to be such bad asses, but now you turn tail and run at the first sign of trouble. What happened?

According to this board Christians are the oppressors and non-believers are oppressed. You need to get back in the huddle with your fellow pagans. You're running different plays.

Technically I'm an agnostic. And I'm not really on anybody's team but my own.
When Mormons are faced with unanswerable questions they retreat to the good 'ol "Burning in my Bosom" defense. But Mainstream Christians terminate the discussion and stomp off. Are you not allowed to say why?

I walked along the lake in front of the museum, thinking and pondering, and wondering about how much I don't know and how much I do. I now realize that there is very little proof, if any, of any deity. Let alone the christian god. Virtually everything can be explained, and, indeed, was explained, by what I saw at the museum. I freely grant that what I experienced is just the surface of the latest scientific discoveries, but virtually everything I saw made me think. So, I can no longer hold on to my religious beliefs. I'm out. You've won.
Then I went to the art museum across the street and converted back again.
The art museum should have converted you to secular humanism. Then you'd be comfortable at both museums. :)

I am getting tired of the militant and offensive atheists/pagans. And I don't get offended easily. I am putting them on ignore.

Can you provide us with examples of what you consider offensive behavior from atheists/pagans?
