After dropping 15 pounds in about three months and occasion blood in the stool, I drank my gallon of colyte and today underwent what some of those alien abductees report. The findings have me drinking more colyte in the next couple weeks with imminent surgery and who knows what follows that based on unknown, at this time, biopsy reports off of a 10cm tumor and a couple polyps.

Talking to the wife on the way home, I mentioned, please when the time comes let me go with some dignity and don't load me up with the baker's hat and all. She did not acknowledge this with a positive or negative answer, but I know that her and the children, much like for the best interest of the holocaust victims - They are going to load me up in that getup, like it or not.

Cultural Utah Mormonism … What a long strange trip it's been … and to be sent off into the next journey with those damn, distinctive baker hat crinkles in my forehead (not to mention the rest of the ridiculous garb)… it's just not right.

Write a last will and testament and leave it with an attorney. Put in specific instruction for the funeral. I am not a legal expert.... would this work?

Often many of these symptoms turn out to be harmless. That's not meant to instigate a false hope, but it is a fact. And I'm naïve enough to believe that we won't die before our time on earth is up.

I am so sorry that you are having health issues. I hope for the best possible results.

I am also sorry that you don't believe your family will respect your wishes. I'm not sure I understand why they would think dressing you up in the garb would help in some way if you didn't believe it in the first place. Or is it due to social pressures?
