Sure she was, but when she made a sincere threat to sue the moderators, the decision was simple.
As an attorney, I am surprised that would even suggest otherwise.

Personally, if she wants to come back, I would advise Shades to let her back if she promises that she will won't sue the board, the owner the board, sponsors, or any of the moderators.

As an attorney, I am surprised that would even suggest otherwise.

As virtually every board operator knows, board operators and moderators are immune from legal prosecution unless they themselves join in with piling on with the threats.

On this board, there is only mod who exhibits a lack of self-control and might tend to want to pile on, but even so 99.99 percent of the judges would laff at any suit against her.

What's really at stake here, of course, is that the board host has had it up to "here" with this board and is probably looking for any excuse to jettison it. Shades just lacks the technical ability to redirect and host his own board.

For what it is worth; not much.

Shades should raise money and do things a little more professionally. I've thrown good money at this board; others might.
