It's a good question because I had to put up with that kind of stuff from other kids at school from a very young age. If I hit back, I was the one punished. It's just the way things were. I still don't think it was fair. I don't know what I'll do when they start doing it to my kids. I honestly wanted to kill the other kids when I was in junior high. Can you imagine calling the police and telling them this man won't stop flicking my ear or giving me wet willies. I doubt you'd get much help.

No, I don't unfortunately. I don't carry a weapon. I need to get one to keep at home. Right now, I just try to avoid people like Travon. Security systems are expensive and I have had my car broken in several times, but no home invasions yet. The best I can do is just try to move away and segregate myself from that crowd. But that only does so much. I worry about my wife and children more than myself since they are easier targets for thugs. It's why I couldn't live in the cheap apartments I wanted to live in.

True enough. If you hit him, you might get into trouble with the authorities for hitting him. But if you hit him in Florida, he might take out his gun and shoot you, claiming that he felt threatened by your violence and needed to stand his ground.

No, I'm just going to try to segregate communities more so I that I don't have to be involved in it. I'll leave that fight to the browns who are taking those parts of the country over. The fact that it was Zimmerman out trying to protect his community should be evidence of what white people (both democrat and republican) have been trying to do.
But don't come on my property deep in West Virginia. We've got more than guns. Thankfully other races don't want to come there, so we rednecks pretty much live in peace. If I could have chosen my race and culture in the premortal life, I would never have chosen differently. Yeah, WV hillbillies are the laughing stock of the left, but I don't care. The main problem I have with these laws is that they don't adequately define what constitutes the threatening conditions that a person can reasonably believe are sufficient to act in self-defense with lethal force. That's why were are getting stories like trick or treaters getting shot, kids running from an underage drinking party getting shot, etc.
