This part's not true. Being attracted to fully developed young women, which almost all late teens are, is just as normal for a man when he is 50 as it was when he was 20.
Whether pursuing that attraction is appropriate is an entirely different question. But the fact that certain actions may be creepy and inappropriate doesn't make them pedophilia.
