Most, if not all, punishment does not deter. Let's say that a few select persons are discussing the KEP during a Sunday evening circle jerk, you have been strapped to chair with your eyelids taped open your mouth is shut...you can press a button to delete yourself or press a button to delete the circle jerkers.

My point is that most people are not deterred from commiting a crime, what deters most of us from commiting crime is a lack of perceived necessity.

They also don't really happen except in extreme circumstances, such as severe hydrocephalus and other babies who will certainly die immediately after birth.

Death penalty...fast and testimony meeting...

Tough choice...

Where do you draw the line? How do you make the distinction as to who is a bad enough child molester to die?

One man confines and rapes a six-year-old girl multiple times over a year. Another guy, age 19, sneaks into his 15-year-old cousin's room one night and caresses her breast while she sleeps. Both are officially child molesters. Do they both deserve to die for their actions? Plus, there is a wide variety of "molesters" in between those two.

Am I in charge? Okay then. Any molestation at all of a child under 12 = instant death. Any molestation at all of a child over 12 = life in prison without parole.

In the real world, I'd say life in prison without parole for both, since you can't undo a wrongful death sentence.

And 18 year olds dating 16 year olds wouldn't count as molestation. 40 year olds dating 16 year olds would, though.

He would if he could but he can't so he won't.
