Tabitha quoted certain statements made by William Schryver. You have not addressed the issue of whether those statements contributed to the formulation of the theory. In fact, you have studiously avoided William Schryver's role in the whole thing. This makes me suspicious that you are either defending Schryver, or at least chary of assigning him any culpability for his behavior.

William Schryver is an iconic object of traditonal two minutes hate in this forum from time immemorial, the primary reason being that he emerged several years ago, upon a specific apologetic subject, as a major worldview threat to the entire online anti-Mormon community and the depth and salience of that threat has been felt ever sense in an attitude among the critics of the Church, and especially the apostate cannot-leave-the-church-alone types, that no venality, no psychological dysfunction, no human depravity, is beyond William Schryver.

I have never seen baseless and tendentious character assassination of the type I've witnessed here save in the worst of national politics. So when the "chapel Mormon" Morlocks come to town, hold on to your tin foil and make your children look away.
