I rather like Mr. Orbe-Smith. In my estimation, he is the John Tesh of Mopologetics.

Ok the painting isn't bad...........
It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

Stak, quit being a jerk.

Please observe Universal Rule #6.

Stak is a sly character. Keeping us on our toes. :)

I know nothing about this Orbe guy except for what appears to be some of his artwork. I'll leave it at that.

He has offered some of my favorite posts over at MDD. A kind fellow to boot. I can only hope he rubs off on MrStak and Scratch and the rest of you hostile folks.

Agreed. A gentleman and an interesting commentator.

Hold on. Are you saying Stak and Scratch are hostile? Do you mean unfriendly? Where did that come from?

Mr. Orbe-Smith always offers a unique take on things over at MDD. I think his POV is a nice contrast with the congealed fundamentalism often peddled there. At least his views are animated and fecund, growing out of the rich loam of early Mormonism and entangling with the tendrils of other beliefs, traditions and myths. Mr. Orbe-Smith seems to have added Joseph Campell's injunction to "follow your bliss" to Joseph Smith's assertion that "Man is that he might have joy."
From the Ernest L. Wilkinson Diaries: "ELW dreams he's spattered w/ grease. Hundreds steal his greasy pants."
