Prayers or well thoughts to Creator Needed...
My husband was admitted to the hospital yesterday for heart flutters. We find out today if the medication is stable enough to avoid surgery.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'm very sorry to hear this, Liz. My thoughts are with you both.

Thanks, Kish.
I am headed back over to the hospital shortly to find out what the cardiologist has to say. His heart rate dropped to a normal rate about 5:30 this morning, which is really good news.
I will keep you guys informed.

Liz,
Cardiac symptoms can be really scary, especially if he (and you) are experiencing them for the first time. If there was little or no pain or dizziness, and his heart rate and rhythm returned to normal spontaneously, then hopefully meds and a few lifestyle changes will allow him to avoid surgery.
Best wishes to you and your husband.

And even if surgery is needed, it is by no means the adventure that it once was. Sometimes you don't even get much of an interesting scar to show!
I hope you will be able to tell us news that will make us feel happy with you.

Indeed. Sometimes the scar is really small and located on the inner thigh.

Re: Prayers or well thoughts to Creator Needed...
Thank you for all of your support and prayers, guys!
It is kind of a mixed bag as far as what we are dealing with. They are going to let my husband go home from the hospital today with medication, but they want to schedule a surgery in about two to three weeks. The good news is that once the surgery is completed, he won't have these flutter episodes ever again.
Thanks for the prayers!
