I can't find a post from a mod stating jskains has been banned and saying why, though no doubt there is one, since if one goes to his post on May 15 in the MAD quote pinned thread, clicking on his profile states that this user no long exists.
Can someone please provide a link to where the decision was posted?

for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure that jskains has been permanently banned.
Josh is not banned from here. He is perma-banned at MAD, I believe.
He was suspended from here, but his suspension is up, and he is free to post here.

I just checked the ban list, and he is not banned. If Josh has left, he left because he chose to leave. He may have asked Shades to delete his account. I have no knowledge of what happened there.
