And, since Kevin's stated desire is to gain faith, I hope you will forgive me if I rely instead on the wisdom and advise of the experts on how to succeeded in faith.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-
Wade? Hello. Um, what exactly are your credentials and who are these experts on how to succeed in faith. HOLY LOL The fact that you think that there actually are experts of faith in a day and age of NO ZION is just plain stupid. I guess you already sought professional help with that and probably got a degree. Hmm, BYU?
How could I resist this great tease? Paul for hell sake please put on a shirt already. Damn, you are like that kid at Los Hermanos in Provo yesterday mincing about in stuttered step as the host(ess). Give it a rest.
Whether or not I ever return will reside squarely on Wade's willingness to face his hypocrisy in the burning and effulgent rays of REAL SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE. [you all know that's me and only me, see, listen up pal, hear what I sayin', yeah, I'm Mr Big, me, I tell ya, and everybody else here in Key Largo. Gimmie!]
LOL @ "HOLY LOL". "HOLY LOL" is the best LOL I've ever seen.

I see that I have yet again underestimated myself. I thought for sure one would come to praise my Cagney and here you are praising me.

Assuming his stated desire is genuine, and given that he has evidently been banned from the other board, I have decided to come here to see if I can help him with his unbelief.
To be clear, I have no other interest here than that. For Kevin's sake, I am making this one exception to my self-banning at this board, and will only be responding to relevant posts to this thread.
At the outset I think it wise to first make sure whether Kevin would really like to have faith in God and the restored gospel of Christ, and whether he is willing and ready to have his mind and heart opened once again to spiritual growth. Are you?
Thanks, -Wade Englund-
Having faith in God and having faith in the restored Gospel (Mormonsm) are, for most people, two entirely separate things. Are you happy to treat them separately?

Earlier in the thread someone mentioned that Kevin doesn't post here every day. Since I have been away from here for a long while and haven't checked the other threads, I will have to take that persons word for it.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-

He's posting now. Clearly he's not interested in your charade.

Hell no, I'm full of energy and ain't stopping. How about pulling out the beams out of your own nasty eyes before finding fault with me? You can't tell me you're not a nasty boy from time to time. All boys are nasty -- and some are very naughty.

He doesn't want to talk to you because you're a creep. Don't you know that? Tell me why Kevin should have faith in a church that professes the silly Explanations of Facsimile No. 3? You want to push your faith on Kevin but you're unwilling to stand up for the Facsimile. Why is that? I think it's because you don't believe the Explanations of Facsimile No. 3 are true. Isn't that right, Wade-boy?
Lift up your hands high above your head and lower them while repeating after me:
"The Explanations of Facsimile No. 3 are not true"

Since this thread isn't directed to "most people," and given the context of Kevin's stated wish (as a former believer in the restored gospel), and given that I am coming from the perspective of the restored gospel, then in this specific case it wouldn't make sense on a number of levels to treat them separately.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-
