I baptized 53 people on my mission.

I would state that approximately 2-3 people were legitimate converts.

One was a mentally challenged woman.

None of them paid tithing. Hence the Mall.

In the face of madness, rationality has no power - Xiao Wang, US historiographer, 2287 AD.

Every record...falsified, every book rewritten...every statue...has been renamed or torn down, every date...altered...the process is continuing...minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Ideology is always right.

But what are they doing about it?

A few weeks ago, I posted about my daughter's new calling, in which our stake president told her to throw SLC's program under the bus. To not under any circumstances follow what SLC had put out, because it didn't work.

It sure seems to me like they would heed the words of their stake leadership, but I'm beginning to think they're all deaf.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

i like this post. i don't know how many people i taught or baptised, or how many paid tithing or pay tithing currently. but, i think what you are describing is a reasonable and accurate description of most missionary resumes. in most areas of my mission, and as a ward mission leader in the usa, i have seen what you describe. the missionaries don't typically teach people that are going to stay active in the church and they spend a disproportionate amount of time 'converting' mentally ill and unstable people.
"Rocks don't speak for themselves" is an unfortunate phrase to use in defense of a book produced by a rock actually 'speaking' for itself... (I have a Question, 5.15.15)
