Oh, poor Bob. You don't get to claim the blessings of the anonymous kingdom - after all, you pride yourself on your very public persona, it's what makes Bob Crockett, well, Bob Crockett. And since we all know you are an attorney, there is no reason not to link to publicly available records of your publicly recorded exploits, right Bob?

Confirmation of Developments?

DCP Blog Entry Comment Thread was locked over on MDD after receiving a post that referred to DCP's "resignation" as editor of the Review.

No reason for the lock action was given.

Well that pretty much verifies it then doesn't it?

I mean unless this is just some huge prank by Dan, Will, and the folks running MAD, which I just don't see happening.

They've always been eager to point out how gullible we all are to believe Scratch's "non-existent" informant. Now they are banning any discussion of the topic?

Yeah, that pretty much verifies it for me. It will be set in stone once the next Review is published without Dan's name on it.

The next question should be how does this affect Schryver's so-called upcoming publication that he keeps yacking about. It is clear that the guy he was relying on all this time in getting it pushed through, was none other than Dan Peterson.

Can you imagine how Greg Smith and Will Schryver feel at this point?

If I was the one who wrote attack pieces and influenced Dan to become this die-hard warmongering extremist, which resulted in the Church removing him from his apologetic and church sponsored pulpit, then I'd fell really bad about.

But somehow I doubt they do.

Once they hire a new editor, and he appears on the website with his job title, that will prove it.

It is interesting to me that he always acted like he was out of the loop on Schryver.

I've ever been a strong Scratch supporter and still maintain that he is the most valuable poster on the board.

I think it's been clearly demonstrated that Dr. Scratch has a direct pipeline into the innards of the beast. Oh how DCP is going to be humbled through his humiliation. He might even become a true Christian after all this is over. Imagine a kinder and gentler DCP who is only out to make people feel better about themselves. Now that's the kind of DCP I'd like to see.

No Kish. That would only prove that there was a changing of the guard but it doesn't prove the letters Dr. Scratch posted are genuine. That will come in other ways.

You should have more faith in Dr. Scratch.

I agree that locking the blog thread without denial or comment is a clear confirmation.

Wow.

I hope Scratch's informant isn't at risk in some way.

I bet the person who passed this along is only indirectly connected to the institute, probably as friend of a friend.
