I think mrs DCP would be much happier if he lost his maxwell gig but told her the truth about the social cam episode-that would be a marriage breaker for me!

just sayin1

The other switches aren't closing and bcspace is ignoring it.

Imagine, IT ignoring an issue.

You can't be serious. Watching THAT video, of all things, would cause you to dissolve your marriage??

Say it ain't so.

She has the gift of the Holy Ghost. That's how she knew.

Hey Guys....

I think perhaps discussing Dan's wife may be a bit out-of-bounds. She is not a "public person" in the way Dan is (at least I'm unaware of any public internet posting, publications, etc... but I could be wrong) and we're speculating based on a single comment in a lengthy (unconfirmed, but likely real) email.

Can we leave Sister Peterson out of this?

To the extent of ridicule or otherwise acrimony towards her, Yes.

To the extent, that if any of these emails are true, and she did in fact make the comment, No.
As I stated before, suggesting someone will be sacked is not a statement made for swings and round-abouts; certainly not from a spouse. It is my opinion that there must have been some animus or tension already, and if she made the statement, it was to used as an icebreaker to gauge DCP feelings on the matter.

Perhaps this thread should be moved to Celestial so as too better focus the discussion.

As a matter of direction, Kevin G. posted "Changes to NAMIR" just before 10pm June 15, Dr. Scratch posted from his informant just before 2pm June 16.

If the events are true, it is hard to imagine that discontent is realized amongst fellows, whom, also, immediately reach solidarity on the necessary ends on Friday, with fruition of those ends less than 24hrs later.

I suspect the "hit piece" (assuming it is true) was the impetus of discussion amongst those, represented by Bradford, who were less than pleased with road being traveled.

Perhaps DCP and the Mrs. were aware of murmurings.

Suggesting someone would be fired is not just a random utterance.

The Mrs. is tickled pink that all this has happened. She now has her husband back where he can now spend more time with her and not bring home the problems of being an internet apologist and a magazine editor.

Dan will find all this a very liberating experience as will the Mrs. And doctor scratch's informant is now out of a job. What will scratch do now?

Maybe in the Celestial Forum, where all is as it should be.

DCP brought her up in his email, which he had zero expectation would remain private.
