Lorenzo Snow is:
2 Thes. 2: 3
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Lorenzo is not a figure ONLY for the LDS falling away but for the entire Protestant world that honestly sought for God's Zion and so God had compassion upon the world knowing the calamity that was coming upon the earth and gave them Zion which they hated and despised and trampled under foot.
Lorenzo Snow ran brilliant interference for Satan's purposes, having fallen after partaking of the power of Christ and put him to open shame, did betray Joseph to death.
Dude, did you used to take a lot of drugs, you know, like back in the hippy days?
Nothing but beer for a couple of years. That was it. The couple of tokes of weed would hardly count for nothin'. No more than almost smoking once.
What I did in the Sixties was seek God with all my heart until I found him. Since January 1970 I have been with God 24/7 in my thoughts. How hardly could I expect anyone else to be up to speed (no pun intended) with that? I have an exhaustive comprehension of all LDS Scripture and know intuitively when anything I think is a rye and have solid scriptural backing for EVERY doctrine and interpretation I espouse. When in my twenty years controverting with Mormons has any of them ever dared to take me on toe to toe. It has never happened. Why? Because they know the got no chance in hell with me. You know how vicious then CAN be. So their silence and distance is a monument to my honor.

I for one feel that it would be far more productive to give the money one would waste on getting tattooed to the poor. God knows they could use the money and no one needs a tattoo.

I wanted to gross out the board of shirtless wonderboys after Fabio showed up. Aren't we all a little weary of this gay posturing by avatar? I lost my nerve from leaving it up all day on Father's Day. When I told my kids what I did they thought it was too cool. It was hilarious. Paul had to be falling out of his chair but I never get attribution for any of my accomplishments. Not altogether certain that pic will never come back to haunt me.

What is the stance on permanent make-up, which is tattooing?
(I just got back from having a recent tattoo touched up, and it feels so good--a bit addicted to the ink needle, I guess.)
Hey Sock
No tats on me. Don't like needles but will at times for medical reasons only.

Personally I love the story of Lorenzo Snow the Judas of modern Mormonism. The involvement of Satanic Druids in particular. I found it most inspiring.
It reminds me of a story a non-LDS grad student in my university's religion program told me about finding a British newspaper article in which Brigham Young referred to the assassination of Joseph Smith the day before it happened.

Was it the newspaper issue dated 6/26/1844, or was it a later dated issue that attributed the BY quote to 6/26/1844?

I would like to see the article. Where?

Hey, Tator. I'm more willing to undergo a needle for body art than I am for medical. Not that I do not allow the medical needles, but not too happy about it (the tattoo needle really feels good after the first 2 or 3 minutes). I guess that's because other than a few blood draws, the only medical needles I've had in the last 10 years are for morphine when I am trying to pass kidney stones. The morphine makes me so cold, I half think I'd rather bear through the kidney stone without it. In the middle of August at the ER a few years ago, they got concerned about hypothermia because my body temperature dropped so much while on the IV.

I wonder what the proclamation will be now that getting eyeliner tattooed is more and more prominent.
Surely we'll hear from the general conference pulpit that we must avoid eyeliner as much as the second set of earrings.
