In March of the year he died—1844—the Prophet had amplified this doctrine in a monumental address which he delivered in the grove which was just below the temple site. The text of that address has become an important doctrinal document in the theology of the Church. It is known as the King Follett Sermon.

No. This idea is not taught in Latter-day Saint scripture, nor is it a doctrine of the Church. This misunderstanding stems from speculative comments unreflective of scriptural doctrine. Mormons believe that we are all sons and daughters of God and that all of us have the potential to grow during and after this life to become like our Heavenly Father (see Romans 8:16-17). The Church does not and has never purported to fully understand the specifics of Christ’s statement that “in my Father’s house are many mansions” (John 14:2).

To live in the highest part of the celestial kingdom is called exaltation* or eternal life. To be able to live in this part of the celestial kingdom, people must have been married in the temple and must have kept the sacred promises they made in the temple. They will receive everything our Father in Heaven has and will become like Him. They will even be able to have spirit children and make new worlds for them to live on, and do all the things our Father in Heaven has done.

The men running the Church newsroom are Goddamn liars. The Mormon Church is a lying organization. Mainstream America will never buy it. The church will continue to bleed members and baptisms will be basically stupid people joining the church.

It has been published officially by the LDS church many times. I remember my ward library had stacks of various pamphlets published by the church, one of which was the King Follett discourse. If the KFD os not doctrinal, then nothing in the LDS church is.

No, I didn't say that either. I don't accept that Celestial beings get their own planet. When we are exalted, we will inherit the Earth. This world will be our home.

You err not knowing the scripture my friend. This earth is undergoing changes preparatory to it becoming a celestial orb, where in fact the Supreme Headquarters of the Universe will be trucked to and settled down into like a nail hammered into it. This earth is where Jesus Christ ascends the throne of eternal power. (which is where he was before as he told the Jews in John 6)

Look back at Adam and Eve and project that scenario into your future IF you get exaltation. See? You will get your own world handed to you by the Christ who is the Only Begotten of the Father and the Lamb of God in that new turn of their eternal round of a course.
