No I have never seen an apostle or any substantial LDS leader rebuke someone outside of the confines of a local priesthood meeting or LDS court process. I believe this type of behavior would bring a lot of heat and a lot of membership casualties. I have been around enough leadership activities to know everything is attempted to be done in person and hush/hush. Just like I have been stating about the OMIDs. They will not be publicly rebuked on some sort of forum, that type of behavior is left to the modern Mormon fundamentalist such as Will, Droopy, Wade, Kerry, Bill, etc.
agreed, in fact I wonder if DCP's current silence is already based on behind the scenes "contact".
Scary part about the Fifth columnist hunters is they are free to contact Bishops and SP's directly providing evidence. It's all up to the whims and wishes of the local leaders, unless of course instructed to do so from on high.
Isn't there enough evidence of his smearing the reputation of the LDS church available on message boards to ex him? I would think there is enough even without that.

Is that what it means to exhort, expound, and warn?
In some cases, which we all know of, the individual has their calling and election sure, hence are out of the Apostolic chain of command

Droopy is full of crap and likely has no idea how apostles want leaders to behave. I highly doubt he has ever sat in on leadership training 'conferences' etc. The apostles would likely rather have 40 John Dehlins touting LDS membership cards than one Droopy. Droopy et. al is everything the leadership tries to distance from.

And DCP may be one of those?

I really feel like DCP et al. have been rebuked in a distant manner meaning DCP et al. received some sort of communication such as 'some leaders are expressing concern and want things to be toned down' if not something even more direct such as a phone call. We will never know because those cards will never be shown.

That's my sense of things, but Droopy sure blusters like he has some idea what he is saying. I wonder whether he has held any leadership callings in which he has heard instructions from the Brethren that they want the general membership to accuse individual members of apostasy and other sins publicly on the internet.
If he has, then I would be very interested to read about it.

His best buddy Will has been known to make this claim
